I have had the pleasure to work with Lyubov in both her consulting/business services company, Smirnova Business Consulting (SBC), and her human services nonprofit organization, Heightened Hearts (HH). She started out as a research/analysis and content writing client but, we soon realized we had a great deal in common and a shared vision of how business, and the world, should be approached.
We have worked together on everything from crafting business plans for her SBC clients to strategizing fundraising efforts for HH. In every capacity, I have been impressed with her professionalism, outside-the-box mindset, and commitment to her SBC clients and HH participants. In the end, it all boils down to her passion for helping people succeed and thrive, whether that is through a professional business plan, digital market strategy (through SBC) or putting food on someone’s table (through HH).
In addition to working together, she has also become a cherished mentor, often sharing her valuable business insights and life advice. She is as caring as she is conscientious and puts 110% into whatever she does. She is genuine, trustworthy, and a true professional. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!
