Do I need a business plan specialist ?

Do you guarantee I will secure funding?

No, and you should be wary of any company that claims they can. We guarantee that an expert, professionally crafted business plan gives you the best chance possible. However, there are many factors beyond the business plan that will influence a potential investor’s or lender’s decision which include the current state of the economy, the industry you are entering, position of existing competitors, your personal credit, anagement experience, and the overall business model. Simply, there are several key components to the decision-making process that are beyond our control – or yours. Any company that claims otherwise just isn’t being honest.

How do you differ from other business plan writing companies?

First and foremost, our basic consulting service is included in every business plan. We do not merely take your ideas and information and write your plan (though we can if that’s a ll you want). We get to know you, your business and your goals and offer our advice and guidance. We truly act as a business ally, not just business plan writers. Further, unlike most other business plans, we map out objectives with key milestones. This not only trengthens the business plan but acts as a step-by-step guide to achieving your goals!

What do your services cost?

At SBC, we understand not all business plan projects are created equal and that is why we do not offer flat rate pricing. Some companies may have conducted thorough research and have all the nuts and bolts of a plan at the ready. Others may be starting from scratch or require advanced research and analysis. What industries do you specialize in?

Cumulatively, our team has experience in many different industries. Further, we’ve written business plans across the board. In this day and age, new industries are constantly merging, and businesses are always evolving. That’s why we don’t just rely on our past experiences but, are committed to staying on top of the latest business news and learning new things. We always welcome new challenges and will spend the appropriate time esearching an industry we aren’t familiar with.

Are revisions included?

Most of our plans include 2 free revisions (within 14 days). However, some clients wish to adjust further or again at later stages. Additional revisions start at $199 dependent on he scope of the changes required. Contact us for specific pricing.

Unlimited revisions are offered for all Immigration Visa business plans at no additional cost.

What do the business plans include?

Each plan is custom written so will vary dependent on the needs of the business and the purpose of the plan. However, most plans include an Executive Summary, Company description, Management Overview, Product/Service Description, Market Analysis, Marketing Plan, SWOT Analysis, and Financials (including break-even analysis and 3-5-year financial projections). Our average plan is 20-25 pages in length.

How does the process work?

Upon retaining our services, the initial consultation call is scheduled. Prior to the call, we will send you a preliminary questionnaire to complete to gather basic information pertaining to the history, background, current state of the business, as well as the future goals and objectives. During the initial consultation call, we clarify and solidify our understanding of your business. We then begin our research and analysis. We may schedule an additional call if required, especially if we have recommendations based on the findings of our market and industry analysis. Once the basis of the business plan is completed, we work with you to develop your financials, which are tied in throughout the document. Your plan is then checked over by a senior staff member who ensures the plan is as strong, cohesive, and compelling as possible. We then present the completed document to you for your initial feedback and changes. All plans include two passes at revisions (within 14 days). The final document is then sent to design for final touches.

What is the turnaround time?

We complete plans as quickly as possible while still ensuring the highest quality. The 1st draft is typically presented within 10-30 business days from receiving your completed uestionnaire, dependent on the type of service requested. Immigration visa business plans are usually 10-15 days. Rush service is a vailable for all business plans. Contact us for further information.

How does payment work?

Payment depends on type of business plan and service. Typically, full payment is due up on contract signing. However, in some instances, we will accommodate split arrangements, with half due upon contract signing and the remainder due before delivery of the 1^st draft.

What format/file type will my business plan be delivered?

The draft will be submitted in MS Word (or Google Document upon request). The final business plan is delivered in both MS Word. (.docx) and a PDF.

Is printing and binding available?

Yes, we do offer professional printing and binding for $199. This includes two professionally printed and bound copies shipped (within the U.S.) including a digital CD. International shipping is available for an additional fee dependent on location.

Does SBC conduct market research for no additional cost?

Every business plan includes an Industry Analysis, Market Analysis, and Competitor Analysis that will correspond with the level of detail provided by the client. However, if deeper market research or analysis is needed, we provide that as a separate service. This service results in a specific, thorough market research report which can, in turn, be utilized for the business plan.

Can you refer me to investors or banks?

We have a strong network of partners and can refer you to potential investors or financial institutions. Our connections and referrals have helped many of our clients obtain financing.
