Lyubov Smirnova is the founder of Smirnova Business Consulting group. She is a quinti-lingual, internationally experienced businesswomen and entrepreneur with over 27 years of highly successful executive experience. She has an outstanding record of successful startups and business management.

She is the lead financial modeler and consultant of SBC, leveraging a background in business and finance. Her many qualifications and experience make her a sound leader and extraordinary financial modeler. Lyubov excels at preparing financial projections for start-up and existing businesses, including the creation of income statements, cash flows, balance sheets, sales forecasts, personnel rollouts, and more.

Smirnova holds a Master’s degree in finance and holds a bachelor’s in fashion design. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian and conversational in Arabic and Greek.

Lyubov is also a philanthropist with a love of humanity. Outside of her professional career, she spends her energy on her charitable work; volunteering to serve on non-profit boards, educating herself on social issues, and donating her time and resources to the causes she cares about most.

In 2015 Smirnova registered her own a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization, the Heightened Hearts Foundation. This social/human service organization focuses on low-income individuals and families, with a focus on children and single parents.

Anna Ledikhov is the Director of International Operations and Client Relations at Smirnova Business Consulting. She manages the company’s international office, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client relationship management. Anna coordinates teams, oversees client accounts, and provides in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

With experience in sales, marketing, and business administration, Anna has worked with non-profits, small businesses, start-ups, international corporations, and technology firms. Her expertise in bespoke software and automation solutions enables her to address complex business challenges, making her an invaluable asset to Smirnova Business Consulting.

Anna collaborates directly with business owners and executives, offering insights that drive fast, informed decisions. Her problem-solving approach and leadership align with the firm’s mission to deliver high-value solutions to clients.

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and conversational in Korean, Anna’s global communication skills allow her to engage with a diverse client base. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Management.

In her spare time, Anna is developing an online course on the psychology of leadership, reflecting her passion for professional growth.

Karyna A. Kuruliuk serves as the Digital Project Manager and Client Services Coordinator at Smirnova Business Consulting. She specializes in managing digital marketing projects, overseeing web development teams, and ensuring that client services run smoothly. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations, Karyna leverages her expertise to build marketing strategies, lead digital campaigns, and optimize online client engagement.

Karyna focuses on ensuring that SBC’s marketing consulting and digital initiatives align with client goals. She leads the marketing team, ensuring timely project execution and effective communication with clients throughout the process. In addition to managing digital projects, Karyna oversees lead generation efforts and works to establish strong referral networks.

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Karyna fosters seamless communication with clients. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Heightened Hearts Foundation, where she teaches English to children in need.
