Lyubov Smirnova is known for hard work, strategic insight and flawless execution. She is the classic entrepreneur in every sense of the word–she balances risk taking and careful strategic planning as well as anyone I have worked with. As an entrepreneur and a business consultant myself, I called Lyubov for perspective very specific to our career types. She was able to quickly understand the context of the questions I asked, and provided me with some highly valuable ideas in a very short period of time. My consulting company ESFM Global Corp. first time hired Smirnova as a freelance consultant in 2010 and we worked together on several large projects that we were developing for our clients at that time. Lyubov is Effective decision maker, communicator and capable of negotiating and closing of contracts with diverse groups or individual business owners. She Created Business Plans and Business strategies for ESFM clients as well as she were developing Strategic Financial Analysis and Planning. The quality of her work consistently exceeds expectations. I highly recommend Lyubov and any resource that she endorses.
